SkillMatcher is a platform for job discovery and recruiter candidate management. Features are provided on an as-available basis.

2. Access Limits

The platform provides standard access and may provide Premium access when assigned by an administrator. Administrators control fair-use limits for job access, searches, ATS checks, resume generation, and recruiter features.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not share or resell your account.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not use the service for unsolicited communications or fraudulent applications.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI features are guidance only. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them with employers or candidates.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, job offers, response rates, or availability of job listings.
